PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE GUIDE

COMAY's bags are made from natural fibers such as water hyacinth, sedge, rattan, bamboo, and raffia. These materials are soft and relatively delicate, so products need to be used and cared for carefully.

Although the products have been thoroughly treated to prevent mold, due to the high humidity of the tropical climate, proper care and maintenance are still essential to preserve the product's durability and natural beauty over time.

Do:

• Store the bag in a dry, cool place with natural light.
• During prolonged rainy periods or when indoor humidity is high, use a dehumidifier.
• If you don't have a dehumidifier, regularly inspect and dry the bag, then store it in a plastic bag to prevent natural fibers from absorbing moisture, which can lead to mold.
• If mold appears, use a soft brush and water mixed with a mild detergent to gently clean the affected area.
• Then rinse with clean water and dry the bag outdoors or in direct sunlight.
• If you cannot dry it in the sun or with a dryer, you can leave the bag in front of a fan overnight until it is completely dry.

Do not:

• Store the bag in a dark or damp place.
• Keep the bag in a cloth bag for an extended period.
• Soak the natural fiber parts or leather details in water for too long.
• Rub the fiber or leather surface vigorously, as this can scratch or damage the product.

To keep your product in the best condition, keep the bag dry and maintain the natural color of the fibers.
